Cette page décrit les modalités de suppression d'un compte GORALi, ainsi que les données supprimées et celles conservées à l'issue de l'opération. This page sets out how a GORALi account may be deleted, and which data is deleted and which is retained as a result.

2בקשת מחיקה בדואר אלקטרוני

משתמשים שאינם יכולים להתחבר לחשבונם רשאים להגיש בקשה למחיקה בכתובת gorali.services@gmail.com.

יש לציין בפנייה את כתובת הדואר האלקטרוני או את שם המשתמש המשויכים לחשבון. הבקשה תטופל בתוך 7 ימים.

3המידע הנמחק והמידע הנשמר

מידע הנמחק

  • פרטי החשבון והמידע האישי: שם, כתובת דואר אלקטרוני, מספר טלפון, תמונת פרופיל והעדפות
  • החברות בקהילות
  • ההתראות
  • רגעים אישיים שנוצרו על ידי המשתמש, לרבות ההשתתפויות בהם

מידע הנשמר

  • רשומות ההשתתפות ברגעים קבוצתיים, המסומנות כלא פעילות ונושאות את מזהה המשתמש
  • נתוני שימוש סטטיסטיים, לאחר מחיקת מזהה המשתמש מהם
  • קהילות ורגעים שנוצרו על ידי המשתמש, המשך זמינותם ליתר המשתתפים

רשומות ההשתתפות ברגעים קבוצתיים נשמרות על מנת לשמור על שלמות נתוני הקבוצה, כך שסיכומי ההתקדמות המוצגים ליתר המשתתפים אינם משתנים למפרע.

משתמש שהיה החבר היחיד בקהילה — הקהילה תיסגר עם מחיקתו. משתמש שהיה המנהל היחיד בקהילה — חבר אחר יקודם לתפקיד מנהל טרם המחיקה, כדי שהקהילה לא תיוותר ללא מנהל.

ניתן לפנות אלינו בבקשה למחוק את מזהה המשתמש גם מרשומות ההשתתפות הקבוצתיות.

1Suppression depuis l'application

  1. Ouvrez l'application GORALi
  2. Rendez-vous sur l'écran Profil
  3. Sélectionnez l'option Supprimer mon compte
  4. Confirmez votre identité — saisie du mot de passe pour les comptes créés par adresse électronique, ou reconnexion via Google ou Apple

Attention : la suppression du compte est irréversible. Ni le compte ni les données supprimées ne peuvent être restaurés.

2Demande de suppression par e-mail

Les utilisateurs ne pouvant plus accéder à leur compte peuvent adresser une demande de suppression à gorali.services@gmail.com.

La demande doit mentionner l'adresse électronique ou le nom d'utilisateur associé au compte. Elle est traitée dans un délai de 7 jours.

3Données supprimées et données conservées

Données supprimées

  • Les données du compte et les informations personnelles : nom, adresse électronique, numéro de téléphone, photo de profil et préférences
  • Les appartenances aux communautés
  • Les notifications
  • Les moments personnels créés par l'utilisateur, y compris les participations correspondantes

Données conservées

  • Les enregistrements de participation aux moments de groupe, marqués comme inactifs et portant l'identifiant utilisateur
  • Les données d'usage statistiques, après effacement de l'identifiant utilisateur
  • Les communautés et moments créés par l'utilisateur, qui restent accessibles aux autres participants

Les enregistrements de participation aux moments de groupe sont conservés afin de préserver l'intégrité des données du groupe, de sorte que les totaux de progression affichés aux autres participants ne soient pas modifiés rétroactivement.

Lorsque l'utilisateur était le seul membre d'une communauté, celle-ci est fermée lors de la suppression. Lorsqu'il en était le seul administrateur, un autre membre est promu à ce rôle avant la suppression, afin que la communauté ne reste pas sans administrateur.

Vous pouvez nous adresser une demande d'effacement de l'identifiant utilisateur y compris dans les enregistrements de participation de groupe.

1Deletion from within the application

  1. Open the GORALi application
  2. Go to the Profile screen
  3. Select Delete my account
  4. Confirm your identity — by entering the password for accounts created with an email address, or by signing in again through Google or Apple

Please note: account deletion is irreversible. Neither the account nor the deleted data can be restored.

2Deletion request by email

Users who are unable to sign in to their account may submit a deletion request to gorali.services@gmail.com.

The request should state the email address or username associated with the account. Requests are handled within 7 days.

3Data deleted and data retained

Data deleted

  • Account details and personal information: name, email address, telephone number, profile photograph and preferences
  • Community memberships
  • Notifications
  • Personal moments created by the user, including their participations

Data retained

  • Participation records in group moments, marked inactive and bearing the user identifier
  • Statistical usage data, after the user identifier has been erased from it
  • Communities and moments created by the user, which remain available to the other participants

Participation records in group moments are retained in order to preserve the integrity of the group's data, so that the progress totals shown to the other participants are not altered retroactively.

Where the user was a community's only member, the community is closed on deletion. Where the user was its only administrator, another member is promoted to that role before deletion, so that the community is not left without one.

You may submit a request for the user identifier to be erased from group participation records as well.
