GORALi (להלן: "השירות") היא אפליקציה קהילתית המאפשרת למשתמשים ליצור רגעי מצווה משותפים ולהשתתף בהם. מדיניות פרטיות זו חלה על השימוש באפליקציה ועל השימוש באתר gorali.web.app, לרבות עמודי ההזמנה הנפתחים באמצעות קישור שיתוף.
השימוש בשירות מהווה הסכמה למדיניות זו. מדיניות זו מהווה חלק בלתי נפרד מתנאי השימוש של השירות.
בעת ההרשמה ובמהלך השימוש בשירות נאספים הפרטים הבאים: שם פרטי ושם משפחה, שם משתמש, כתובת דואר אלקטרוני, מספר טלפון, מגדר, תמונת פרופיל והעדפות תצוגה וקריאה. בהרשמה באמצעות חשבון Google או Apple, פרטים אלה מתקבלים מספק ההזדהות בהתאם להרשאות שאישרתם.
הסיסמה נשמרת ומנוהלת על ידי שירות Firebase Authentication מבית Google, ואינה נגישה לנו.
נאסף מידע על הקהילות והרגעים שאליהם הצטרפתם, הפרקים שבחרתם והשלמתם, וההתראות שנשלחו אליכם. מידע זה נחוץ לתפעול השירות ולהצגת ההתקדמות המשותפת ליתר חברי הקבוצה.
בעת פתיחת עמוד הזמנה והתקנת האפליקציה בעקבותיו, מעובדים הנתונים הבאים לצורך קישור ההתקנה להזמנה: מזהה המבקר האנונימי (ראו סעיף 4), קוד ההזמנה, סוג מכשיר כללי, וכן — למשך 24 שעות לכל היותר מפתיחת העמוד — צורה מקוצרת ומוצפנת באופן בלתי הפיך של כתובת הרשת, המושווית בשרתינו בהפעלה הראשונה של האפליקציה ונמחקת בתוך 7 ימים. כתובת הרשת המלאה אינה נשמרת כלל, ואף אחד מנתונים אלה אינו משמש לפרסום או למעקב חוצה־אתרים.

איננו עושים שימוש במידע לצורכי פרסום, ואיננו מבצעים פרופיילינג או קבלת החלטות אוטומטית בעלת השפעה משפטית על המשתמש.
איננו מוכרים, משכירים או מעבירים מידע אישי לצדדים שלישיים למטרות מסחריות. המידע משותף אך ורק עם ספקי השירות הבאים, ורק במידה הנדרשת לתפעול השירות:
מידע עשוי להימסר לרשות מוסמכת ככל שהדבר נדרש על פי דין, צו שיפוטי או הליך משפטי.
שרתי Google Firebase ממוקמים מחוץ לגבולות מדינת ישראל ומחוץ לאזור הכלכלי האירופי. העברת המידע מתבצעת בהתאם למנגנוני ההגנה של Google, לרבות סעיפים חוזיים סטנדרטיים שאושרו על ידי הנציבות האירופית.
אנו נוקטים באמצעי אבטחה מקובלים לשמירה על המידע, לרבות הצפנת התעבורה, ניהול הרשאות גישה ברמת מסד הנתונים, ואחסון פרטי ההזדהות בשירות ייעודי. עם זאת, אין באפשרותנו להבטיח הגנה מוחלטת מפני גישה בלתי מורשית, ואיננו נושאים באחריות לנזק הנובע מפריצה למכשיר המשתמש או מחשיפת פרטי ההתחברות שלו.

בכפוף לדין החל, עומדות לרשותכם הזכויות הבאות: עיון במידע המוחזק אודותיכם, תיקון מידע שגוי, מחיקת מידע, הגבלת השימוש בו, קבלת עותק במבנה נגיש, והתנגדות לעיבוד המבוסס על אינטרס לגיטימי.
חלק ניכר מהמידע ניתן לעריכה ישירות במסך הפרופיל באפליקציה. למימוש יתר הזכויות ניתן לפנות בכתובת gorali.services@gmail.com. נשיב לפנייתכם בתוך 30 יום.
ככל שאינכם שבעי רצון מהטיפול בפנייתכם, אתם רשאים להגיש תלונה לרשות הפיקוח על הגנת הפרטיות במדינת מגוריכם.
השירות אינו מיועד לילדים מתחת לגיל 13, ואיננו אוספים ביודעין מידע אודותיהם. ככל שיובא לידיעתנו כי נאסף מידע אודות ילד מתחת לגיל זה, המידע יימחק בסמוך לקבלת ההודעה.
אנו רשאים לעדכן מדיניות זו מעת לעת. תאריך העדכון האחרון מופיע בראש העמוד. שינוי מהותי יובא לידיעת המשתמשים באמצעות השירות. המשך השימוש בשירות לאחר עדכון המדיניות מהווה הסכמה לנוסח המעודכן.

GORALi (ci-après « le Service ») est une application communautaire permettant à ses utilisateurs de créer des moments de Mitsva partagés et d'y participer. La présente politique de confidentialité s'applique à l'utilisation de l'application ainsi qu'à celle du site gorali.web.app, y compris les pages d'invitation ouvertes au moyen d'un lien de partage.
L'utilisation du Service vaut acceptation de la présente politique, qui fait partie intégrante des conditions générales d'utilisation.
Lors de l'inscription et de l'utilisation du Service sont collectés : nom et prénom, nom d'utilisateur, adresse électronique, numéro de téléphone, genre, photo de profil, ainsi que les préférences d'affichage et de lecture. En cas d'inscription via un compte Google ou Apple, ces données sont transmises par le fournisseur d'identité selon les autorisations que vous avez accordées.
Votre mot de passe est conservé et géré par le service Firebase Authentication de Google et ne nous est pas accessible.
Sont collectées les données relatives aux communautés et aux moments que vous rejoignez, aux chapitres que vous sélectionnez et terminez, et aux notifications qui vous sont adressées. Ces données sont nécessaires au fonctionnement du Service et à l'affichage de la progression commune aux autres membres du groupe.
Lorsqu'une page d'invitation est ouverte puis que l'application est installée, sont traités, afin de rattacher l'installation à l'invitation : l'identifiant de visiteur anonyme (voir section 4), le code d'invitation, un type d'appareil réduit et — pendant 24 heures au plus après l'ouverture de la page — une forme tronquée et irréversiblement hachée de l'adresse réseau, comparée sur nos serveurs au premier démarrage de l'application puis supprimée sous 7 jours. L'adresse réseau complète n'est jamais conservée, et aucune de ces données n'est utilisée à des fins publicitaires ni de suivi entre sites.

Les données ne sont pas utilisées à des fins publicitaires. Aucun profilage ni décision automatisée produisant des effets juridiques à l'égard de l'utilisateur n'est mis en œuvre.
Les données personnelles ne font l'objet d'aucune vente, location ou transmission à des tiers à des fins commerciales. Elles sont partagées uniquement avec les prestataires suivants, et dans la seule mesure nécessaire au fonctionnement du Service :
Des données peuvent être communiquées à une autorité compétente lorsque la loi, une décision de justice ou une procédure judiciaire l'exige.
Les serveurs de Google Firebase sont situés en dehors de l'Espace économique européen. Les transferts sont encadrés par les mécanismes de protection de Google, notamment les clauses contractuelles types approuvées par la Commission européenne.
Des mesures de sécurité usuelles sont mises en œuvre, notamment le chiffrement des communications, la gestion des droits d'accès au niveau de la base de données et la conservation des identifiants dans un service dédié. Aucune protection ne pouvant toutefois être garantie de manière absolue, notre responsabilité ne saurait être engagée en cas de dommage résultant de la compromission de l'appareil de l'utilisateur ou de la divulgation de ses identifiants.
Les données sont conservées tant que le compte est actif. À la suppression du compte :
Vous pouvez nous demander l'effacement de cet identifiant y compris dans les enregistrements de participation de groupe. Les instructions complètes figurent sur la page de suppression de compte.
Sous réserve du droit applicable, vous disposez des droits suivants : accès aux données vous concernant, rectification des données inexactes, effacement, limitation du traitement, portabilité, et opposition aux traitements fondés sur l'intérêt légitime.
Une grande partie des informations est modifiable directement depuis l'écran Profil de l'application. Pour l'exercice des autres droits, écrivez à gorali.services@gmail.com. Nous répondons dans un délai de 30 jours.
Si la réponse apportée ne vous satisfait pas, vous pouvez introduire une réclamation auprès de l'autorité de contrôle de votre pays de résidence.
Le Service ne s'adresse pas aux enfants de moins de 13 ans et aucune donnée les concernant n'est collectée sciemment. Si de telles données venaient à être portées à notre connaissance, elles seraient supprimées dans les meilleurs délais.
La présente politique peut être mise à jour. La date de dernière mise à jour figure en haut de cette page. Toute modification substantielle sera portée à la connaissance des utilisateurs par l'intermédiaire du Service. La poursuite de l'utilisation vaut acceptation de la version mise à jour.

GORALi (the "Service") is a community application that allows users to create and take part in shared Mitzvah moments. This privacy policy applies to use of the application and of the website gorali.web.app, including the invitation pages opened through a shared link.
Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of this policy, which forms an integral part of the Service's terms of use.
On registration and during use of the Service, the following are collected: first and last name, username, email address, telephone number, gender, profile photograph, and display and reading preferences. Where you register using a Google or Apple account, these details are supplied by the identity provider in accordance with the permissions you granted.
Your password is stored and managed by Google's Firebase Authentication service and is not accessible to us.
Information is collected about the communities and moments you join, the chapters you select and complete, and the notifications sent to you. This information is required for the operation of the Service and to display shared progress to other members of the group.
When an invitation page is opened and the app is subsequently installed, the following are processed in order to connect the installation to the invitation: the anonymous visitor identifier (see section 4), the invitation code, a reduced device type, and — for up to 24 hours after the page is opened — a truncated and irreversibly hashed form of the network address, which is compared on our servers when the app first starts and deleted within 7 days. The full network address is never stored, and none of this information is used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Data is not used for advertising purposes. No profiling or automated decision-making producing legal effects concerning the user is carried out.
Personal data is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It is shared only with the following service providers, and only to the extent required for the operation of the Service:
Data may be disclosed to a competent authority where required by law, court order or legal proceedings.
Google Firebase servers are located outside the European Economic Area. Transfers are governed by Google's protection mechanisms, including standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Customary security measures are applied, including encryption of traffic, access-permission management at the database level, and storage of authentication credentials in a dedicated service. Absolute protection cannot, however, be guaranteed, and we accept no liability for damage arising from compromise of the user's device or disclosure of the user's credentials.
Data is retained for as long as the account remains active. On deletion of the account:
You may ask us to erase that identifier from group participation records as well. Full instructions are set out on the account deletion page.
Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights: access to the data held about you, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
Much of this information can be edited directly from the Profile screen in the application. To exercise the remaining rights, write to gorali.services@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and no data concerning them is knowingly collected. Should such data come to our attention, it will be deleted promptly.
This policy may be updated from time to time. The date of the most recent update appears at the top of this page. Material changes will be brought to users' attention through the Service. Continued use of the Service following an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
